so next week I'm going to attempt the following :

Bench : 315 x 1 (my friend will attempt 365 at 200 pounds ...)
Squat : 455 x 1
Deadlift : 485 x 1

at a 210 BW if all stay good ! haha !
Every lift is going to be film this time.
Thing is I want the icon thing , but i cant really film my weight. But I'm between 210-215 at the moment. i guess ima have to take the video where i filmed myself weight some weeks ago at 217 minus camera = 216 pounds ... can I do that ?

Wow ! this week's test was not good at all ...

here's the new number :

Bench press : 305 lbs (10 lbs increase)

Squat : 440 lbs (5 lbs increase...WTF)

Deadlift : could not even perform,cause my back said NO this day ... so still the same 455 (no increase)

Not happy at all ... this is a 5 week progress ... No video , its was not even worthing to film any of the 3 lifts...

Sorry to have put this in achievement ... lets say it just a story ... haha

Idk, I would be pretty happy with a 440 squat @ 210lbs
