Raptor is pretty much right. Graduation, trying to find a job, writing, a new girlfriend, and life in general are keeping me busy and tired. I haven't trained consistently in what feels like forever. Strangely enough, I don't appear to have lost any muscle mass and may have actually lost fat. Not too bad, overall.
Really though, there's no excuse. I need to hit the weights again. I'll try to get back to it today, right after I apply for a few more jobs. Ugh... _________________

He hand timed them as 4.382 or something like that, and i looked in After effects and they're 4 89 and 4 87 (something in that range) from the first move of the foot (as you would time in a laser timed sprint) _________________

what u think? fast? slow? i dno i feel fast/look faster than i expect.. i need to take official measurements though of course.. if im not sore tomorrow ill probably run some 20's from two point, having measured 20 yards out accurately..
probably will be sore but who knows..
