Every time my body temperature increases slightly, whether it be from exercising or just being hot I get itchy all over. It's really irritating and stops me from working hard. Antihistamines seem to reduce the symptoms, but not cure it. Does anyone know what it could be?

Omg I have exactly the same problem. First I had it before 5 years when I was playing basketball outdoors, the weather was cold and I got itchy all over. Since than I still have the same problem but never went to doctor or something. I was just ignoring it, and I still do :p

It's really REALLY irritating!!!!!!!!!

went to the docs....and they said, get this, "try a lifestyle change" because i told them it happens when i play sport/get hot! WTF doctors have been really useless with me, misdiagnosing a stress fracture in my spine as a muscle pull Exclamation

anyway, i got a hunch it might be the washing powder weve been using so gonna change back to what we used before and hope it sorts itself out!

i used to have that, but not anymore. But i do get those itches once in a while if i snack on too much salt. So i think if you reduces the salt in your diet, it'll help.

Still itching? Have you changed your soap or whatever you mentioned?
That's very odd, but yes, seems to me like it would be an allergy.

Are you using a new under arm stick?
Drinking enough water?
Are you taking a new multi-vitamin? Maybe it has more nacin or whatever that vitamin is. It makes you hot, sweaty, that I know, cause I once took too much & felt VERY itchy, sweating like a $200 dollar whore & was hotter than Jessica Beil...but in a bad way. Ha, of course not the good kind...cause, yah, I'm a guy & not a hot babe. Laughing

Weird, hope you can figure what it is. And that's terrible about your doctors! The bastards!
